    項目內(nèi)容: 充分利用灤平釩鈦資源建設年產(chǎn)高鈦渣6萬噸、海綿鈦2萬噸、鈦材1.5萬噸生產(chǎn)線，其中鈦板0.5萬噸。
Project Plan: By fully taking advantage of vanadium and titaniumtim resources in Luanping, it is planned to build a production line with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of high titanium slag, 20,000 tons of titanium sponge and 15,000 tons of titaniumtim. The titanium plate accounts for 5,000 tons.

市場分析：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展，對金屬鈦的需求以 20%～30%的速度增加。主要應用于飛機、火箭、導彈、人造衛(wèi)星、宇宙飛船、艦艇、軍工、輕工、化工、紡織、醫(yī)療以及石油化工和民用等領域，從長遠來看金屬鈦及鈦材的應用前景非常廣闊。該項目采用成熟的電爐熔煉生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)高鈦渣，用熔鹽氯化工藝生產(chǎn)四氯化鈦，用鎂還原蒸餾工藝生產(chǎn)海綿鈦，海綿鈦經(jīng)過真空電熔冶煉生產(chǎn)鈦錠然后軋制成鈦材。
Market Analysis: With the high speed development of China’s economy, the demand for metallic titanium enjoys a speed of 20% to 30%, which is major supplied to such fields as aircraft, rockets, missiles, satellites, space crafts, naval vessels, military industry, light industry, chemical industry, textile, medical, petrochemical and civil circles. Judging from long term development, the future for metallic titanium and titaniumtim is bright. The project, by utilizing electro-smelting craft, manufactures high titanium slag and titanium tetrachloride through fused salt chlorination technology, and manufactures titanium sponge through magnesium reduction distillation craft. Through vacuum fused smelting, the titanium sponge is used to produce titanium ingots and is rolled into titaniumtim.
建設條件：該項目選址在京津轉移聚集區(qū)內(nèi)金溝屯冶金工業(yè)園，占地1000畝。該園區(qū)交通便利，省道112線途經(jīng)園區(qū)，京通鐵路貫穿東西，園區(qū)內(nèi)設有貨站；灤河貫穿整個園區(qū)，水資源充沛；園區(qū)內(nèi)建有22萬變電站。
Construction Conditions: The project locates in Jingoutun Metallurgy Industrial Park in Beijing-Tianjin Transfer Accumulation Area, covering an area of 1000m. With convenient transportation, the No. 112 provincial highway passes through the park. Beijing-Tongliao Railway passes through it from east to west. Cargo stations are established in the park. Luanhe River passes through the park, with rich water resources. And there is 220,000V transformation station in the Park.
